Everyone starts out as a Team Trainer, but just acquiring 5 customer points will promote you to a Qualified Team Trainer. Most services that ACN supplies are worth 2 points, with just the internet being worth 1. The next step is an Executive Team Trainer (ETT), and this is where business owners can expect to start generating good income. In addition to your 5 customer points, you must have two people in your organization that have 5 points as well. You begin to earn bonuses at this level.

 The next step is an Executive Team Leader (ETL). You have to have 15 customer points and three people on your team that are ETT’s in order to get to this level. ETL’s receive great monthly bonuses and are well on their way to the top. Beyond the ETL is the Team Coordinator (TC). The TC has at least three legs with 200 customer points each. At this point your business is getting quite large, and you either have a few exceptional team members or each leg of your team has quite a few members. A TC can earn bonuses of $25,000 a month. Regional Directors (RD) have at least one TC in three separate legs and can earn greater bonuses than a Team Coordinator.

 The final two steps within the ACN infrastructure are reserved for top earners. A Regional Vice President has at least one Team Coordinator in four different legs. They can receive a whopping $44,000 or more in bonuses each month. Becoming a Senior Vice President (SVP) is the ultimate achievement an individual can receive and is the culmination of hard work and persistence. To become a SVP you must have at least one TC in six different legs, three of those legs must have a RD or an RVP and one of them must have a RVP. The amount of revenue that a Senior Vice President can generate is extraordinarily high.
